Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle standhouders die deelnemen aan het Xclusive Collectors Event, hierna te noemen ‘de organisatie’.These terms apply to all exhibitors taking part in the Xclusive Collectors Event, hereinafter referred to as ‘the organisation’.
1AansprakelijkheidLiability
De organisatie is niet aansprakelijk voor verlies, diefstal of beschadiging van goederen, contant geld of andere eigendommen van standhouders. Deelname is volledig op eigen risico.The organisation is not liable for loss, theft or damage to goods, cash or other property of exhibitors. Participation is entirely at your own risk.
De organisatie is niet verantwoordelijk voor schade of letsel voortkomend uit deelname aan het evenement.The organisation is not responsible for any damage or injury arising from participation in the event.
2Standinrichting en verkoopregelsStand setup and sales rules
Standhouders zijn verplicht minimaal een tafelkleed te gebruiken op alle tafels binnen hun stand.Exhibitors are required to use at least a tablecloth on all tables within their stand.
Het is ten strengste verboden om namaakartikelen te verkopen of tentoon te stellen, zoals vervalste Pokémon-producten of andere merknamaak. Bij constatering wordt het product onmiddellijk verwijderd.Selling or displaying counterfeit items — such as fake Pokémon products or other brand counterfeits — is strictly prohibited. If found, the product will be removed immediately.
Bij herhaalde of ernstige overtreding kan de standhouder van de beursvloer worden verwijderd zonder restitutie, en kan deelname aan toekomstige edities worden geweigerd.In case of repeated or serious violation, the exhibitor may be removed from the fair floor without refund, and may be refused participation in future editions.
Onderverhuur van tafels is verboden. Indien blijkt dat tafels zonder toestemming van de organisatie zijn onderverhuurd, wordt de toegang tot toekomstige edities geweigerd.Subletting of tables is prohibited. If tables are found to be sublet without the organisation’s permission, access to future editions will be refused.

Extra helpers kosten €5,- per persoon en moeten vooraf aangemeld worden.Extra helpers cost €5 per person and must be registered in advance.
Producten die nog niet officieel zijn uitgebracht, mogen niet verkocht of getoond worden. Bij overtreding wordt de standhouder direct verwijderd van de beursvloer zonder restitutie en wordt verdere deelname aan toekomstige edities ontzegd.Products that have not yet been officially released may not be sold or displayed. In case of violation, the exhibitor will be removed from the fair floor immediately without refund and further participation in future editions will be denied.
3Eten en drinkenFood and drink
Het is verboden om eten of drinken te verkopen op de beurs, tenzij hierover vooraf schriftelijk toestemming is verkregen van de organisatie.Selling food or drinks at the fair is prohibited unless prior written permission has been obtained from the organisation.
Indien er toestemming wordt verleend, kunnen extra voorwaarden en afdrachten van toepassing zijn, zoals afdracht aan de locatie of vergunningseisen.If permission is granted, additional conditions and levies may apply, such as a levy to the venue or licensing requirements.
Bij overtreding zonder toestemming wordt een boete van €250,- opgelegd, ongeacht of de verkoop op kleine of grote schaal plaatsvindt.In case of violation without permission, a fine of €250 will be imposed, regardless of whether the sale takes place on a small or large scale.
4Afval en netheidWaste and cleanliness
Standhouders zijn verantwoordelijk voor het netjes achterlaten van hun standruimte.Exhibitors are responsible for leaving their stand space tidy.
Bij het achterlaten van afval, dozen of rommel na afloop van het evenement wordt een factuur van €150,- voor schoonmaakkosten in rekening gebracht.If waste, boxes or mess is left behind after the event, an invoice of €150 for cleaning costs will be charged.
5Annuleringen en terugbetalingenCancellations and refunds
Annulering van deelname kan alleen schriftelijk worden gedaan. De volgende terugbetalingsregeling geldt:Cancellation of participation can only be done in writing. The following refund scheme applies:
- Tot 2 maanden vóór het evenement: 75% restitutieUp to 2 months before the event: 75% refund
- Tot 1 maand vóór het evenement: 50% restitutieUp to 1 month before the event: 50% refund
- Tot 2 weken vóór het evenement: 20% restitutieUp to 2 weeks before the event: 20% refund
- In de laatste 2 weken voor het evenement: geen restitutie mogelijkIn the last 2 weeks before the event: no refund possible
6Overmacht / annulering van het evenementForce majeure / cancellation of the event
Indien het evenement wegens overmacht (zoals een pandemie, natuurramp of overheidsmaatregelen) geen doorgang kan vinden, ontvangen standhouders maximaal 50% van het standgeld retour.If the event cannot take place due to force majeure (such as a pandemic, natural disaster or government measures), exhibitors will receive a maximum of 50% of the stand fee back.
De organisatie is niet verantwoordelijk voor indirecte kosten zoals reis, verblijf of vervoer.The organisation is not responsible for indirect costs such as travel, accommodation or transport.
7Gedrag en nalevingConduct and compliance
Standhouders dienen zich professioneel en respectvol te gedragen tegenover bezoekers, andere standhouders en het organisatieteam.Exhibitors must behave professionally and respectfully towards visitors, other exhibitors and the organising team.
De organisatie behoudt zich het recht voor om bij misdragingen of overtredingen direct maatregelen te nemen, waaronder verwijdering van de beursvloer zonder restitutie.The organisation reserves the right to take immediate measures in case of misconduct or violations, including removal from the fair floor without refund.
8Veiligheid en betalingSecurity and payment
Standhouders zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor het controleren van betalingen.Exhibitors are themselves responsible for checking payments.
De organisatie is niet aansprakelijk voor valse biljetten, nepgeld of frauduleuze transacties.The organisation is not liable for counterfeit notes, fake money or fraudulent transactions.
9Algemene bepalingenGeneral provisions
De op- en afbouwtijden worden vastgesteld door de organisatie en dienen strikt te worden nageleefd.Set-up and break-down times are determined by the organisation and must be strictly observed.
Elektriciteit en extra voorzieningen zijn alleen beschikbaar na aanvraag en goedkeuring.Electricity and additional facilities are only available upon request and approval.
Promotie buiten de toegewezen standruimte is alleen toegestaan na schriftelijke toestemming van de organisatie.Promotion outside the allocated stand space is only permitted with written permission from the organisation.
10SlotbepalingenFinal provisions
Door inschrijving en betaling verklaart de standhouder zich akkoord met deze voorwaarden.By registering and paying, the exhibitor agrees to these terms.
In situaties waarin deze voorwaarden niet voorzien, beslist de organisatie.In situations not covered by these terms, the organisation decides.
Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle bezoekers van het Xclusive Collectors Event.These general terms apply to all visitors of the Xclusive Collectors Event.
1ToepasselijkheidApplicability
Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle bezoekers van het Xclusive Collectors Event, georganiseerd door XclusiveToys en TCG Store, hierna genoemd ‘de organisatie’.These general terms apply to all visitors of the Xclusive Collectors Event, organised by XclusiveToys and TCG Store, hereinafter referred to as ‘the organisation’.
Door het kopen van een ticket of het betreden van het evenemententerrein verklaart de bezoeker zich akkoord met deze voorwaarden.By purchasing a ticket or entering the event grounds, the visitor agrees to these terms.
2Tickets en toegangTickets and admission
Gekochte tickets zijn niet om te wisselen voor een andere dag en niet restitueerbaar, tenzij de organisatie het evenement annuleert.Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged for another day and are non-refundable, unless the organisation cancels the event.
Tickets zijn persoonsgebonden en mogen niet worden doorverkocht zonder schriftelijke toestemming van de organisatie.Tickets are personal and may not be resold without written permission from the organisation.
Bij misbruik of fraude behoudt de organisatie zich het recht voor om toegang tot het evenement te weigeren.In case of misuse or fraud, the organisation reserves the right to refuse admission to the event.
3PersoonsgegevensPersonal data
Privégegevens van bezoekers worden niet opgeslagen, bewaard of gedeeld met derden, tenzij wettelijk verplicht.Visitors’ private data is not stored, retained or shared with third parties, unless legally required.
Informatie verstrekt bij ticketverkoop wordt uitsluitend gebruikt voor toegangscontrole en praktische communicatie rondom het evenement.Information provided during ticket purchase is used solely for access control and practical communication around the event.
4AansprakelijkheidLiability
Betreden van het evenemententerrein is op eigen risico.Entering the event grounds is at your own risk.
De organisatie is niet aansprakelijk voor schade, verlies of diefstal van persoonlijke eigendommen.The organisation is not liable for damage, loss or theft of personal property.
De organisatie is niet aansprakelijk voor letsel of andere schade, tenzij er sprake is van grove nalatigheid of opzet.The organisation is not liable for injury or other damage, unless there is gross negligence or intent.
5Gedrag en veiligheidConduct and safety
Bezoekers dienen zich te houden aan instructies van het personeel en de beveiliging.Visitors must follow the instructions of staff and security.
Agressief gedrag, discriminatie, diefstal en vandalisme leiden tot directe verwijdering van het terrein en eventuele aangifte bij de politie.Aggressive behaviour, discrimination, theft and vandalism lead to immediate removal from the grounds and a possible report to the police.
Het is verboden om verboden middelen, wapens of gevaarlijke voorwerpen mee te nemen.Bringing prohibited substances, weapons or dangerous objects is forbidden.
6Standhouders en verkoopExhibitors and sales
Standhouders zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor hun handelswaar en administratie.Exhibitors are themselves responsible for their merchandise and administration.
De organisatie is niet verantwoordelijk voor geschillen tussen bezoekers en standhouders.The organisation is not responsible for disputes between visitors and exhibitors.
7Foto- en videomateriaalPhoto and video material
Tijdens het evenement kunnen foto’s en video’s worden gemaakt voor promotionele doeleinden.Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
Bezoekers geven stilzwijgend toestemming voor het gebruik van dergelijk materiaal, tenzij zij bij de entree aangeven hier bezwaar tegen te hebben.Visitors give implied consent for the use of such material, unless they indicate an objection at the entrance.
8WijzigingenChanges
De organisatie behoudt zich het recht voor het programma, de locatie of de datum te wijzigen indien noodzakelijk (bijvoorbeeld bij overmacht of onvoorziene omstandigheden).The organisation reserves the right to change the programme, location or date if necessary (for example in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances).
In dergelijke gevallen kan geen aanspraak worden gemaakt op restitutie, tenzij anders bepaald door de organisatie.In such cases no claim to a refund can be made, unless otherwise determined by the organisation.
9SlotbepalingenFinal provisions
In gevallen waarin deze algemene voorwaarden niet voorzien, beslist de organisatie.In cases not covered by these general terms, the organisation decides.
Op deze voorwaarden is het Nederlands recht van toepassing.These terms are governed by Dutch law.
